MindFrames technical architecture: “Way ahead of its time”
“Arnold Dreyblatt: But also Woody had set up the exhibition so that all the works were running on a server [so all the media was digitized and could be accessed throughout the exhibition], which was way ahead of its time. Also Woody worked with the Japanese architect Sato Shinya. The exhibition architecture was like a village of white rounded cabins as viewing spaces. You could just look up the schedule and then wander into these different spaces. At that time, in 2006, it [the technical set up of the exhibition] was really way ahead of its time.”
