Creating an electronic image is “building an image in time,” “an architectural construction”
Woody: “This is the content of what I’m doing: finding relationships between images, and finding the processes by which they are made. Sometimes these relationships border on suggesting an understanding of the image as object because for me creating an electronic image is a matter of architectural construction; in fact, it’s building an image in time. So, I relate to the idea of the images as an object. This work interests me on all these levels, from narrative ones to visual ones.”
